This non-descript building, which used to be a window factory, now houses Swiss design collective Fensterfabrik. Turns out Fensterfabrik was founded by Christian Etter (Etter Studio, Unit9, Design 21).......his blog Science of Creativity is on my habitual reading list.
I spent quite a bit of time perusing all of the artists' portfolios, but I am always intrigued to see the spaces in which people congregate to create - it really makes all of the difference.
Simple and useful.
I love the little side garden - good for taking breaks and breathing that (I assume) clean Zurich air.
