Balance

Arrangement and balance. This gives me something to think about today.

Balancing Blocks available at Poketo.

Top photo from Ditte Studio. Images of scrap wood transferred to wallpaper.
Bottom photos my own from a recent trip to Chicago. These were found right near Buckingham Fountain.

I am thinking my fascination with scrap wood or these palettes stems from growing up on a farm and having memories of stacks and stacks of palettes lining the shed...stacked with firewood or grain seed. Of course, ours were never this colorful.
